		<description>It still amazes me how the Java development world is really a million miles away from the Windows development world.  Most of the stuff Java developers use today is open source and has been for the last 3 years.  All the way from the OS (Linux) to the development tools and frameworks (Eclipse, Spring.....).

		<description>Firefox is another good example of this. I had the hardest time getting other devs to use it, let alone test against it. I always figured it was just a matter of familiarity, and a belief that microsoft would eventually make the app anyways.
