TechTV: Big In Iraq
Yahoo is reporting that TechTV content will be syndicated by the new Al Hurra TV channel (run by the U.S. government there, it’s like the Iraq version of Voice of America.
I like it. Gadgets not guns. It’s Coca-Cola diplomacy, Silicon Valley style. If we’d only been handing out Palm Pilots in Vietnam, world history might have been much different. (Although I’m not sure how.)
